Syno was established in 2013 to support Higher Education providers in:

• Meeting student recruitment targets for UG and PG subjects
• Driving enquiries at external events
• Delivering a cohesive pipeline for enquiry management and the conversion of applications
• Fulfilling commitments as stated within Access Agreements
• Developing links with teachers and careers advisors across England
• Delivering talks and workshops within schools and colleges that may not be cost effective to provide full time members of staff
• Easing the burden placed upon staffing during condensed periods generated by the application cycle
• Providing market research/ mystery shopper opportunities
• Securing graduate opportunities

Syno is currently active across the North of England and is currently increasing the number of schools and colleges with whom they can recruit undergraduates on a weekly basis.
